Track Your Order & Request Delivery Timeline
  1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER  
    You can track your order by logging into your account on Stalkbuylove Website or App. Once logged in, click on "My Orders" tab. It will give list of latest 10 order numbers next to it. Under each order number, you can find a clickable option saying "Track Order". A simple click on "Track Order" link will give you a detailed tracking page to your order.
  2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?  
    Generally it takes around 5-9 working days for your order to be delivered. You can track step by step movement of your order by using "Track Order" functinality under "My Orders" section of your account, on Stalkbuylove.com Website or App.
  3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?  

    We will do everything possible to have your order delivered to you on time. In case we miss, we suggest you to please call our customer care representative or write to us at contact@stalkbuylove.com

  4. I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE 'MY ACCOUNT' SECTION?  

    The items will be visible in 'My Account' for customers registered with us. Customers who have used the guest checkout option are not registered and do not see this option. Alternately you can track your order by entering your Order ID & email id used to place the order, from the 'Track your order' widget on the top right hand corner of the home-page screen of Stalkbuylove.com website.

  5. HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?  

    Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

  6. HOW CAN I CHECK IF STALKBUYLOVE DELIVERS TO MY PIN CODE?  

    In case we don't deliver to your pincode, you will not get the "payment option" in order to make the payment. So technically it is not possible to place an order on Stalkbuylove.com in case the pincode is not serviceable.

  7. DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?  

    No. At this point, Stalkbuylove delivers products only within India.

  8. CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?  
    Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on 011-40007000 or emailing us at contact@stalkbuylove.com and we will try to help you out.
  9. HOW ARE ORDERS PLACED ON STALKBUYLOVE DELIVERED TO ME?  

    All orders placed on Stalkbuylove are dispatched through our trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Online Express, Express Bees, Dotzot etc.

All You Need to Know About Cancelling Your Order
  1. WHAT IS THE STALKBUYLOVE CANCELLATION POLICY?  

    You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on App/Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

  2. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER SHIPPING?  

    After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

  3. I JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?  

    If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.If payment was made by redeeming credit points then, refund will be initiated into credit points only within 24 working hours of your order cancellation.

Returning or Exchanging the Product on Your Mind?
  1. WHAT IS STALKBUYLOVE'S 7 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY? HOW DOES IT WORK?  

    Stalkbuylove's 7 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Stalkbuylove for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:

    Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request through self serve from your account. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs (upto INR 150) into your Stalkbuylove account in form of store credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

    Once we pick up and receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating return request. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will pickup the original item from you & post pickup we will initiate the delivery of the exchange item to your addres. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

    The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

    The products purchased in a sale & the discounted products (with >10% discount on them) cannot be returned. They can only & only be exchanged with a different size.
    Due to the intimate nature, we DONOT handle returns for Innerwear, Sleepwear and Lingerie items. Also, these items cannot be exchanged either.
    The Return & Exchange is also not allowed for bags under any condition.
    All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
    Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
    In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
    If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
    If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed (upto INR 150) subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.

  2. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO STALKBUYLOVE?  

    You can return products purchased from Stalkbuylove within 7 days of receiving the product, except for our non-returnable products. Create a 'Return Request' under "My Orders" section of App/Wesbite. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return' button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

    Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff will initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit refund into the source selected at the time of return initiation.

    Self-ship: In case your area pincode is not eligible for "Pick-up" mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk.Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns desk closest to you. We have listed out the addresses of the Returns desk in another section on this page. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website/Msite.

  3. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?  

    Our apologies in case of such an incident occurs. You can return products purchased from Stalkbuylove within 7 days of receiving the product.

  4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

    Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pickup service. In that case, you just have to raise a return request from your account.

    Self Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs (max INR 150) in form of store credits in your account provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.   6. I KNOW IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS SINCE I BOUGHT THIS ITEM. BUT IT'S DEFECTIVE AND I WANT TO RETURN IT. CAN I?  

    You can only return your product 7 days from the delivery date.

  7. I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE, WHEN WILL I GET IT?  

    Once we get the confirmation of pickup of product from your address from our courier partner, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement product from our end. In case of self send, once you share the courier slip with us, we will initiate the dispatch of your exchange product. The entire process will take around 5-9 working days. We will also send an email & sms notification on your registered mail & phone number to keep you posted.

  8. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?  

    We will keep send you notifications via email & sms on your registered mail id & phone number of all proceedings.

The Refunds & SBL Points Policy
  1. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING FOR AN UNSUCCESSFUL ORDER?  

    In case of an unsuccessful order and money being deducted from your credit card or debit card, please inform us via telephone on 011-40007000 or email us at contact@stalkbuylove.com. If you want to continue with the order, we will take the necessary steps to ensure a successful order. We can also help you in case you would like to cancel the order.

  2. IS MY STORE CREDIT AMOUNT REFUNDABLE?  

    The voucher amount is not refundable.

    In case of a return, the credit points used in that order will be refunded back to your account. The credit points will not be transferable into bank. The discount coupon once used will only be re-issued in case the order has been cancelled/not fullfilled by Stalkbuylove.

    If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure or in case of an unsuccessful order, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

    Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank

  5. IS MY CREDIT POINTS/DISCOUNT COUPON AMOUNT REFUNDABLE?

  6. WHAT ARE SBL POINTS? HOW DO I REDEEM IT?  

    SBL credit points are store credits issued to you in case of refunds. These are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used to buy anything from the website.     We charge a fee of INR100 in case your order value is <600 & a fee of INR60 in case your order value is from INR600 to 1000. This charge is reduced to INR60 only if your order value is <600 in case of prepaid & credit points.

  8. IS THERE A PURCHASE LIMIT FOR A CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASE?

    Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 10,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Creditcard.

  9. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

    There are many benefits of making your payment online- convenience, safety and security. While making a payment online, you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation, if your payment has been successful. In case, your payment is declined, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the details of your name, account details, billing address and password. Make sure that your internet connection is not disrupted, during the process.

    If your account has been debited after you receive the notification of a payment failure, the normal process is that the payment is credited back to your account within 7 business days.   10. I SEE DEBIT TRANSACTIONS IN MY BANK STATEMENT FROM STALKBUYLOVE BUT I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED WITH STALKBUYLOVE. WHAT DO I DO?

    If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on stalkbuylove.com, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.

    However, if you are still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please provide the following details so that we can identify the transaction quickly:

  11. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED VAT/TAX ON MY ORDER?

    Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax under the Indian taxation system that is collected from customer, and paid to the state government.

    No, we don't offer gift wrapping facilities currently. Nonetheless, we are working on it, and we will have this service soon.
