Returning or Exchanging the Product on Your Mind?
  1. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO STALKBUYLOVE?

    In the unlikely case that you are not happy with the product, or you have some size issues, just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order. You can call us at 011-40007000 or send us an email at contact@stalkbuylove.com. Just mention your order number and we will send a courier person to pick up the product from you. You need to pack the product back in its original packing and seal it.

    Hand the packet over to the courier person and as soon as we have it back, we will refund the amount as SBL store credit or exchange your product as per your choice. You can use the mentioned credit points credit to buy anything from the website.

    Please note that we will arrange a reverse pickup (possible in whichever areas) once; any further courier charges after the first reverse pick up will be borne by the customer. Please note that swimsuits, bodysuits and items in the sales section cannot be returned. These can only be returned due to manufacturing defect/negligence on our part.

  2. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?  

    Our apologies in case such an incident occurs. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us via telephone on 011-40007000 or via email at contact@stalkbuylove.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

    For our records it is necessary to click a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. All you need to do is pack the product in its original packing and seal it so we can arrange for a courier pick-up from you. Once we have the product with us, we'll conduct a quality check on it and replace the product for you or refund the amount in the form of store credit.

  3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

The Refunds & SBL Points Policy

  5. WHAT ARE SBL POINTS? HOW DO I REDEEM IT?  

    SBL credit points are store credits issued to you in case of refunds. These are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used to buy anything from the website.

    1. On checking out, you get an option at the bottom to redeem your credit points.

    2. On the payment page, select No Payment Information Required (only if the amount is 0, partial redemption of points is also allowed) and place the order as usual.
